You’ll be learning tricks of the trade for light sponge cakes, perfect cupcakes and moist chocolate cakes.
Throughout the course, you’ll be decorating with all kinds of buttercream techniques using piping, drips, swirls and sprinkles. You’ll be finding out how to fix problems, what to do when things go wrong and making the best toppings for the flavours.
Week 1 – Red Velvet cake finished off with a stripe design and candy canes
Week 2 – Chocolate and Baileys cake with chocolate ganache, drips, swirls and sprinkles
Week 3 – Spiced fruit cake with cinnamon buttercream finished with piped christmas tree design
Week 4 – Gingerbread cupcakes, buttercream and mini gingerbread christmas elves to top the cupcakes.
This class begins on 1st December at 9:30 am for 4 consecutive weeks. So you can sign up and catch up anytime to suit you. This baking class will be run in a private facebook group. The weekly recipes will be broadcast live from the group. You can watch live or after recording any time to suit you, over and over again. The videos will be saved in the group so you can watch as many times as needed. Plus written recipe for you to print off. Plus the added bonus of a facebook baking community.
No previous experience is necessary.
