Melt your butter, syrup, 1 x chocolate orange and milk chocolate in a saucepan on the hob. Keep this on a low setting until melted stirring regularly.
Leave to cool slightly.
Meanwhile chop up 200g chocolate into chunks, crush biscuits(into small chunks) and then mix together with the mini marshmallows. Pour over the melted butter mixture and mix all together.
Pop the rocky road mix in a lined tin. Press down with the back of a spoon and get this as flat as possible.
Take out 6-8 pieces of the remaining chocolate orange and leave to one side for decorating. Melt the remaining chocolate orange and pour over the top of the rocky road. Smooth over and shake gently to even out. Add on your left over pieces of chocolate orange. I also added a few bits of chocolate orange match makers to the top.
Put this in the fridge and leave to set for 1-2 hours. Then slice up and eat… YUMMY!!!!
It really helps to use a very sharp knife and heat this in hot water before slicing through.
Store in the fridge and eat within 3 weeks.
To make it even more tasty, add in 1 tsp of orange extract when melting the butter ands syrup.
